Data Deletion
How a COD Intelligence user—or a person whose data appears in a connected merchant order—can request deletion.
Fastest deletion route
Email the address below with the subject COD Intelligence data deletion request. Include only the information needed to locate the account or record. Do not email passwords, Meta access tokens, Shopify secrets, or Sendit credentials.

Disconnect integrations
In COD Intelligence Settings, disconnect the Meta, Shopify, or Sendit connection you no longer want synchronized. This stops future synchronization but does not by itself erase all previously imported data.
Send the request
Email abdelazizbelhou@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. Include your account email, workspace name, affected brand or connection, and whether you want a specific integration's data or the entire account deleted.
Verify authority
We may ask you to confirm control of the account, workspace, or connected business. This protects merchant and customer data from unauthorized deletion.
Completion
After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible data and send confirmation. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires more time.
For Meta/Facebook users
You can stop COD Intelligence's access by removing the app or business integration from your Facebook settings. You may also disconnect Meta inside COD Intelligence. Revoking access stops future authorized API requests but does not automatically delete every record already imported into COD Intelligence.
To delete previously imported Meta-related data, follow the email request above and identify the connected workspace and business or ad account. You do not need to send an access token.

For a merchant's end customer
If your name, phone number, address, or order appears because you placed an order with a merchant using COD Intelligence, contact that merchant first. The merchant controls the customer relationship and can identify the relevant order. The merchant may then instruct us to correct or delete eligible data. You may also contact us directly and identify the merchant and order; we will route and verify the request without disclosing another party's data.
What is normally deleted
- Eligible account profile and workspace membership information.
- Stored connection credentials and authorization tokens for the deleted integration.
- Eligible imported advertising, storefront, order, customer, shipment, event, cost, and diagnostic records associated with the verified deletion scope.
- Derived funnel, performance, attribution, and profitability records that remain linked to the deleted personal or workspace data.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when required for legal compliance, tax or accounting records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, proof that a request was completed, or protection of other users. Deletion from encrypted backups may occur on the backup rotation schedule. Data that has been irreversibly aggregated or de-identified may be retained because it no longer identifies a person.
